Paper thermal labels suffer in damp conditions. Polypropylene thermal labels resist moisture and hold up better in chillers and wet areas. All Labels supplies them in short runs and non standard sizes.
Polypropylene is flexible and water resistant, making it a sound choice for chilled goods, containers and outdoor stock.
Short runs keep cash out of stock and space free on the shelf. They also make it easy to trial a new size or material before committing. When you are happy, repeat orders can be produced to the same specification.
Thermal labels are usually sold as high volume commodity products in a narrow range of sizes, almost always in white permanent paper. That is fine for mainstream jobs, but it leaves a lot of businesses stuck when they need something different. All Labels fills that gap with short run thermal blanks in sizes and materials that are hard to source elsewhere.
All Labels is a specialist supplier, not a generalist reseller. The business is built around solving awkward labelling and identification problems for trade, industry and retail. That means honest advice on what will and will not work, rather than a hard sell on whatever happens to be in stock.
Materials go well beyond standard white paper. Options include polypropylene, polyester, coloured stock, clear films, removable adhesives and freezer grade adhesives. That means you can print on demand without compromising on durability or performance.
To get the right roll, we need a few details: label width and length, the gap between labels, core size, outside diameter, and whether your printer is direct thermal or thermal transfer. If you are not sure, tell us the printer make and model and we can help work it out.
