Wrapping a label round a narrow tube or cable is harder than it looks. Stiff materials spring back and the ends flag up like a little sail. All Labels supplies labels made for tight curves and small diameters.
Thin, flexible materials with strong adhesives hug the curve and hold their ends down. Options include wrap around designs with a clear tail that seals over the print. They suit test tubes, pipettes, cables, pens, rods and small cylindrical parts.
We can supply labels blank for printing in house, or fully printed with your text, logos, barcodes and sequential numbers. Short runs and larger volumes are both welcome, so you can trial a material on a small batch before rolling it out across the business.
Testing matters on difficult surfaces. Where it helps, we can supply samples so you can try labels on your actual product in your actual conditions. That takes the guesswork out of it and means the labels you order are the labels that work.
Working with All Labels means one point of contact for labels, plastic tags, engraved tags and thermal blanks. Whether you need a handful of replacements or a regular supply, the aim is the same: products that do the job first time and keep doing it.
Every difficult labelling job is a little different. Temperature, surface, chemicals and handling all play a part, and getting one of them wrong is usually why labels fail. That is why All Labels starts with the application, not the catalogue. We ask what the label is going on, where it will live and how long it needs to last, then match the face material, adhesive and print method to suit.
If you have had labels peel, fade or fall off before, you are not alone. Most failures come down to a standard label being asked to do a specialist job. All Labels focuses on the awkward ones, the jobs other suppliers shy away from, and puts the right combination of materials together so you are not relabelling stock every few weeks.
Visit All Labels to see the wider range and contact the team. Practical advice, short runs and products that do the job properly.
