The Sitness 5 fitness stool with integrated exercise ball is covered with three-dimensional mesh fabric in a choice of colours and is a stylish alternative to most exercise ball chairs. The stool sits on 5 solid feet, made from chromed light steel, and is suitable for home or office use, enabling "sitting in motion" (to the original Swiss Walser patent). An Exercise Ball Chair improves your posture and balance and strengthens your core muscles. Use it to exercise at work -even for a few hours a day - and feel your muscles tightening whilst you sit at your desk. The Sitness Exercise Ball Chair is also an excellent way to exercise at home; strengthening your muscles whilst you catch up with the latest TV, or read a book. The bouncing effect of the exercise ball seat, is adjustable for individual body weight. Just increase or decrease the amount of air in the ball by using the supplied pump.
