Ideal for a Range of Bottle Shapes and Sizes. Our SU-101 fully automated bottle unscrambling and feeding machine is widely used for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, e-liquids, and many other industries to sort, orientate and feed bottles onto a wide range of packaging lines. The SU-101 has a holding hopper that feeds the bottles into a sorting star wheel. Using specifically designed bracketry and slots within the star wheel the bottle is then correctly orientated and placed onto a conveyor system. You can have multiple star wheel formats to cover a range of bottles.
