FC-102 High Speed Filling and Capping System

The FC-102 is our premier, high speed, fully automated filling and capping system. The machine is based on our FC-101 Automatic Filling and Capping Machine but offers twin head capping and benefits a wide variety of companies requiring liquid filling and capping capabilities, including industries ranging from pharmaceutical, food, beverages, cosmetics, detergents and petrochemical. It’s touchscreen operation and memory slots for individual filling parameters allow for easy use, including performing multiple filling actions on the same bottle. The filling nozzles can be set above the bottle mouth, within the neck of the bottle or fill from the bottom of the container and rise in sync with the liquid level to eliminate bubbling of foamy liquids.
