BU-120 Bottle Unscrambler and Feeding System

The fully automatic BU-120 sorts, orientates and feed bottles onto filling, labelling, and packaging lines. Our BU-120 fully automated bottle unscrambling and feeding machine is widely used for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, E-liquids, and many other industries to sort, orientate and feed bottles onto a wide range of packaging lines. The BU-120 has a holding hopper elevator that feeds the bottles into a sorting star wheel. Using specifically designed bracketry and slots within the star wheel the bottle is then correctly orientated and placed onto a conveyor system at up to 130BPM.
