Our expanding Manchester based client is presently recruiting a Communications Technician to join their team. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the communications infrastructure solutions for our client and to provide support for the underlying contact centre infrastructure'. Responsibilities: § Provide input into designs and solutions for projects covering all aspects of my clients Contact Centre infrastructure. § Provide support for key areas of the company’s core voice systems and associated adjuncts. § Assist in the Install and configuration of new or upgraded core voice systems in line with defined procedures and standards and with minimum impact to the business. § Produce documentation so that knowledge can be passed onto the relevant parties. § Ensure necessary documentation is maintained and kept up to date § Maintenance and upkeep of comms Infrastructure. § Investigate new or upgraded to existing technology that would be beneficial to the business § Providing technical support in resolving incidents related to core voice hardware, software and associated adjuncts. Essential Skills and Experience: § Avaya Aura core product knowledge – Communication Manager, Modular Messaging, AES and System/Session Manager. § Avaya Aura self-service and contact centre product knowledge – Experience Portal, Proactive Contact, Elite and CMS § WFO & voice recording experience - Verint 360 § Foundation data, networking and IP knowledge/CCNA § Experience of working within an ITIL environment § Experience of working in a contact centre in excess of 500 employees across multiple sites This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join rapidly expanding company where you can utilise your present skills and develop further experience in a challenging yet highly rewarding environment.
