ACE Shelters' highly efficient Jet wash screens are manufactured from both hot-dip galvanised mild steel and high-grade aluminium extrusions that when powder coated have long-lasting low maintenance, rust-free finish. All structures are fabricated for structural calculations for ultimate safety.
Features -
Upright stanchions will be SHS with thick wall mild steel section, hot dip galvanised and powder coated to a colour of your choice.
Uprights will be base plate fixed with a thick plate and gussets fixed into your prepared concrete pads with Concrete Anker bolts to each upright.
Glazing frames are fully welded aluminium section
Glazing will be of either 6mm thick solid UV stable clear polycarbonate or 8mm thick toughened safety glass.
