CONTRACT: Belsyre Court, Oxford - Grade II Listed Building EQUIPMENT: Tube & Fittings + Alu Beams + UBIX Roof System DESIGN BRIEF: TEMPORARY ROOF: Designed and erected in three phases. To provide drawings and calculations for a temporary roof to weather protect the building, allowing removal and reinstatement of the roof. ACCESS: Designed and erected in three phases. To provide drawings and calculations for a fully sheeted, general purpose access scaffold, bridged over residents entrances and with pavement lifts to shop front. This was to allow for repairs and cleaning. Nom. 2.0m bays and 2.0m lifts. Loaded to 2.0kN/m² using tube and fittings with aluminium beams. CHIMNEY ACCESS / SHORE: To provide drawing and calculations for a small roof saddled scaffold, to provide a façade shore to and allow access to chimneys. Access loaded to 2.0kN/m². Façade shore to restrain max. 3.5kN.
