SEP1/SEP1M Manual & Motorised PCB Separators: The Manual and Motorised SEP1 PCB Separators are suitable for separating pre-assembled electronic boards. These machines offer a precise, reliable and safe method of separating boards ready for assembly. The PCB is manually fed between the lower and upper blades using the scoring as reference. By pushing the board horizontally, the blade rotation begins offering a sharp and accurate cut. The blades height is adjustable depending on the thickness of the board. There are two models available. The SEP1 PCB Separator which is a manual machine and the SEP1M PCB Separating machine which is a motorised version of the SEP1. Features: Separation Length – 380mm Adjustable Speed Quick and easy blade adjustment for varying thickness board. Spare cutters are available: These are quick and simple to change.
