Shows phase rotation by flashing LEDs in clockwise or counter-clockwise sequence. Audible tone indicates phase rotation: continuous tone indicates clockwise; strong warbling tone indicates counter-clockwise. Fitted with red, yellow and blue colour coded fused test leads.
