Grendon House Re Roof

🔵We recently completed this full house reroof to a property in Grendon, Warwickshire.🏠

⚫️The house was being renovated and extended by a local property company and had asked us to install a new roof. 👷🏼🔨

🔵Firstly, we fitted new vented eve protection trays and covered with new 132g/m2 breathable membrane and 25/50 battens.

⚫️Once the roof was covered we then installed new grey concrete Marley Ashmore roof tiles.

🔵New Dry fix valleys were fitted where required.

⚫️A new dry fix vented ridge and Hip system was installed.

🔵The chimneys were dressed with new soakers and Lead Flashing.

👍🏼Another roof completed and a very happy customer.
