SELWYN SPRINTS FOR CHARITY

Selwyn Parrish, Commercial Manager at East Anglian, undertook his first half marathon on 17th August, completing the Kimbolton Castle Half Marathon in just one hour and 49 minutes. The run was in aid of the British Heart Foundation which raised over £1000 on the day. In April 2015, Selwyn will be participating in the London Marathon raising money for The Papworth Trust, a charity that supports people living with disabilities. Selwyn explained: “This was the first half marathon I've completed, and although it was hard-going towards the end, I was delighted to break the two hour barrier, I have since completed the Great Eastern half marathon improving my time by 3 minutes.
