Silt Baskets - Atherton - Manchester

Wire Mesh Fabrication was recently commissioned to manufacture bespoke silt/debris baskets for one of the UK’s leading scrap metal dealers. The company required us to design and manufacture silt baskets - essentially designed as cylinders with a flange top to locate on the drain rim. These baskets would replace pieces of recycled mesh which were covering their drains (4 in total). Following our visit to site and further evaluation, the baskets are now in place and are proving very successful. Wire Mesh Fabrications has also worked on other steel fabrications for this company, including bulk bag expander frames and bulk-tipping bins.
