Mesh Trays

Wire Mesh Fabrications was requested to provide a quote for the manufacture of bespoke steel mesh trays for a major manufacturer of central heating radiators . The brief was to quote for some custom steel mesh trays with sides (100mm). The 1 x 1m trays needed to be strong enough to hold 100kg of metal plugs with the mesh holes size no bigger than 18mm. The purpose of the trays would be to hold metal plugs going into an oven at 450°C to remove any paint, the mesh would therefore allow the heat to better circulate. The mesh trays are now in full use in the oven and allowing the heat to circulate and burning off the paint really well.
