Now one of the most popular label formats requested by customers across many industries, we supply roll labels for many different uses from plain labels that our customers print on their own desktop thermal printers to full colour labels machine applied for point of sale items. The selection of face materials and adhesives used for roll labels is vast and we will always work with the customer to find a material to suit their specific application, however niche! Our label presses can convert material into plain labels or print up to six colours in one operation with a selection of finishes from ‘UV Varnish’, ‘Laminated’ or ‘Hot foil’, and with a selection of 1400 cutters in our cutter library we can normally save the customer tooling costs too. We offer a variety of different core sizes for all applications ranging from 25mm Inside Diameter (ID) to 76mm ID cores; we can rewind any number of roll labels on to the core depending on label size and maximum outside diameter. We can supply full colour digital labels on rolls for small runs or high volume multiple orders for wholesale businesses. Typical applications include matt, gloss or waterproof labels for food, drinks, packaging, bottles, pallets, car-park tickets, airline/airports, baggage handling, security labels such as “void labels”, tracking, point of sale, barcode displays and sales coupons.. to name but a few!
