TRITEC Developments is a small vibrant firm of engineering design consultants, providing a multi-disciplinary research and design service to a varied client base in the UK. Areas of expertise include software, firmware, electronics and electrical engineering. Due to continual growth, we are looking for another Software Developer to augment our activities.

The Role:

This role is based at TRITEC’s premises in Merseyside. The work will involve providing software solutions, particularly user interfaces, for many of the groups designs. Software projects vary widely from design & development of embedded stems, alongside a team of electronic engineers, through PLC control and communications solutions, to high-level PC based projects, incorporating SCADA and database skills, and touching on cloud-based networking. You will be reporting directly to one of the partners and will be expected to work closely with other designers in the company.

Experience and Skills required:

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer, Electronic Engineering or relevant industry experience
• Experience of SQL/VB, HTML and C# application for Windows
• Experience of C in a host-target microprocessor environment would be desirable
• Experience of large scale SCADA projects would also be an advantage
• Communication skills with other engineering disciplines
• An ability to work to targets, both independently and as a member of the team

In Return:

TRITEC is offering a basic salary of between £25,000 & £35,000, depending on experience, with 25 days holiday and a contributory stakeholder pension. TRITEC is a small friendly working environment, where people are valued, and tend to develop with the company for many years.
