The spray nozzles are used to inject atomised water droplets into the process gas. Water is atomised in the spray nozzles using either compressed gas or air. The evaporative cooler can be used to cool process gases from 800 deg. C whilst the Flat Tube Heat Exchanger has a maximum inlet temperature of 550 deg. C.
