Every now and then we get an email from a person who needs to buy some small quantities of textile products, probably not aware that we are focused on working with companies and not with end-users. However, these letters are so touching that we just cannot say “No”. We would like to share a testimonial that was left on our Trustpilot page a while back and it is probably one of the most heart-warming reviews we have ever received: “I made contact with the company in a desperate attempt to purchase items my son needed for his Duke of Edinburgh expedition. It was a Sunday in the UK and I got an immediate response. I was not putting in a huge order so wished to speak with someone – a plea for help on this occasion. I spoke with Rob who was pleasant and friendly throughout all my contact. I explained I needed compressed packed items to allow space and weight on my son’s expedition. Although it was a small order Rob was happy to accommodate and despite informing me that he was located in Bulgaria and I needed the items by Friday, he put together a package for my son and sent it first thing Monday with super-fast postage. The boy finished his 3-day expedition with one of our upcycled sweaters. We received our parcel well-packaged, a very large box filled with many, many items. My son and I were absolutely moved by what was in the box. Rob had declined payment from us also and had gifted the package and its large quantity of items to my son. It was filled with socks, T-shirts, towels, personal hygiene items and also alcohol wipes and gels to keep my son safe on his 3-day excursion. It also contained a personal note to my son that motivated him through his 3 days. Rob absolutely restored our faith in humanity and we were moved by the kind gesture of his gift. The products were top quality products and some of the items were fun and quirky. This is a company I would absolutely without a doubt want to deal with on a regular basis.
