Our open wire wound resistors are close wound with oxidized resistance wire and each resistor is fitted with an adjustable tapping clip as standard. This arrangement is suitable for mounting resistors directly on to a panel of 6mm or less in thickness and consists of cupped washers at each end of the resistor with a tie-rod protruding.
