GFL also designs, develops, prototypes and produces cost-effective custom moulded filtration components and filter solutions for demanding client applications across a wide range of industries. The process of a filter order begins with a Filter Application; if your application fits the correct industry, the next step will be a Preliminary Enquiry. We would then undergo a Filter Consultancy, Filter Design and Development, and a Filter Material selection. Following on, we would create a Prototype Filter and we would then test the performance of the filter. When the design and prototype have been tested and approved, we can progress on to an Automated Production for medium or high volume mass production. Following the production, we would over-mould of all types of insert parts.
