MANUAL PAINT SPRAYER

JOB TITLE: MANUAL PAINT SPRAYER SALARY: COMPETITIVE TYPE: FULL-TIME PERMANENT HOURS: 39 HOURS PER WEEK THE POSITION: Due to our continued growth, we’re always on the look out for quality manual paint sprayers. Due to the nature of the business, ideally you will have previous experience as a wet paint sprayer, working within the manufacturing sector – dealing with a variety of materials including both metal and wood. You must be able to fully complete the role 360 degrees, from prep work, through the spraying to the finishing touches. An NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Paint Spraying would be highly advantageous.. You will also have exposure and experience of leading a team as this role will have people management aspects. Finally, you will appreciate attention to detail, have the willingness to learn to use specialised tools and equipment and a desire to work with staff and accommodate requests. DUTIES INCLUDE: Liaising with staff at all levels Being accountable for the work you produce Working to the set KPI’s Always focusing on best practice Adhering to all aspects of Health and Safety SKILLS REQUIRED: Attention to Detail PC Literate – Confident in maths and english Exposure to paint spraying Health and Safety/environmental awareness Willingness to Learn to use Specialised Tools and Equipment Desire to Work with our staff and accommodate requests Being able to resolve problems efficiently Being discrete and flexible Being focused and self motivated Physically capable of moving equipment Time management and organisation. The ideal candidate will be willing to provide the company with a test spray to show their skills and attributes. You will be honest, respectful and trustworthy and along with this, possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
