Rotolin Type MCR Ball retaining cages
For applications that require only a ball cage assembly, we recommend using MCR cages. The recommended materials for the cages are brass and aluminium. The balls are made from 535 A99 steel. To ensure optimal performance, the shaft and housing should be hardened to at least 60 HRC and ground to at least 0.25nm. It is crucial to adhere to the specified dimensions for the shaft (Bs) and housing (Dh) to ensure that the bearing functions as effectively as the standard Rotolin Bearings.
