With an impressive specification, the robust yet precise V4 vertical measuring instruments have been designed to deliver highly accurate results in both pristine inspection departments and also within harsher workshop environments. Available with measuring ranges of 407 mm (719 mm with extension) and 711 mm (1023 mm with extension), the multifunctional height gauges boast a long list of premium quality features, such as an electronically adjustable measuring force, gauge movement by means of a friction-free air cushion, both RS232 and USB interfaces and, due to the use of very efficient lithium-ion batteries, 40 hours use between recharging. The innovative V4 series uses a large Trimos 2-line “Black Mask” display that offers exceptional clarity and contrast in all lighting conditions. The user friendly display gives access to a wide range of functions, including step-heights, OD, ID and centre line measurement, in addition, accurate flatness and perpendicularity checks can be made. All functions are easily accessed and depicted by logical symbols, ensuring a minimal learning curve and the ability for new users to quickly achieve precise results, even when measuring the most complex of components.
