Bowers Group to Showcase Mobile Metrology Centre at Manufacturing and Engineering North East

See Bowers Group's Mobile Metrology Centre at MENE Exhibition Bowers Group will be taking its new Mobile Metrology Centre to the Manufacturing and Engineering North East Exhibition. After travelling around the UK for the last few weeks, the mobile centre will arrive at MENE to showcase the range of high quality optical inspection systems on board. Visitors to the Bowers Group stand will have the chance to witness demonstrations on a great selection of metrology equipment including the Baty Venture Vision System and the Sylvac Scan optical measuring machine, the Accretech Surfcom Nex and Rockwell hardness tester, along with the Trimos V5 Height Gauge. In addition, customers will have the chance to see a range of Bowers Bore Gauges and Sylvac Bluetooth hand tools. Bowers Group relish the opportunity to showcase our products at what has become an important event in our exhibition calendar.” Visitors will have the opportunity to see the S-Scan 52 in action; Sylvac’s horizontal machine specially designed for workshop measurement close to the machine tool. The concept is to measure the parts in the same position as they are machined, utilising intuitive software with one-click measurement function which is perfect for multiple users. Special Applications Team Also on hand will be Bowers Group’s highly skilled and experienced Special Applications Team, who devote their time to the development of measurement solutions for non-standard applications. An extensive selection of bespoke equipment aimed at special measurement challenges will be on display, including solutions for the measurement of grooves, threads, splines and sphericals which are fully compatible with Bowers XT range of digital bore gauges and include optional Bluetooth.
