Aqua Dynamics is a specialist waterjet cutting company established in 2007, providing precision cutting services for customers with requirements ranging from individual components and prototypes through to larger production batches.

Using OMAX abrasive waterjet technology, Aqua Dynamics can cut a wide variety of materials at thicknesses of up to 180mm. The waterjet process uses a high-pressure, high-velocity stream of water, either independently or combined with abrasive garnet particles, to cut through the required material.

Waterjet cutting provides an alternative to processes such as laser cutting and can be used to produce complex shapes and designs across a diverse range of materials. The process also avoids many of the heat-related effects associated with thermal cutting methods.

Aqua Dynamics accommodates both small and large batch requirements, with lead times arranged according to individual projects. Customers can provide designs in DXF, DWG or PDF formats, while dimensioned hand-drawn designs can also be accepted where digital drawings are not available.
