NMEA to 48 Step per degree Interface

The KW948 interface connects to an electronic or gyro compass. It outputs a 48 step per degree output. Uses include refitting a ship with a new gyro, whilst keeping the existing repeaters such as the old C Plath and Anschutz gyros.
