That’s why you need to create comfortable workstations for your employees. This includes things like proper desk chairs, computer monitors which are eye level (so workers aren’t hunched over) and ensuring there is enough space beneath the desk for them to stretch their legs out. Otherwise, your employees will struggle to work and develop back or leg circulation problems.
