Wysekleen Range Solvent and Aqueous Cleaning Products

WYSEKLEEN HCS Hydro-Carbon Solvent Wysekleen HCS products are a range of safe, high performance degreasing solvents based on chlorine-free synthetic hydrocarbons, which are well adapted to industrial cleaning applications. The Wysekleen HCS range offers the customer optional ‘flashpoint’ products of 7°, 41°, 57° and 62°C. Wysekleen HCS-62 is approved by DÜRR for ECOCLEAN hydro-carbon systems. WYSEKLEEN SC1 Machine Tool System Cleaner Wysekleen SC1 is an aqueous combination cleaner and sterilizer that is primarily intended for the cleaning of machine tool sumps and central systems. The product can be added directly to the coolant prior to dumping or can be used alone diluted with water. Wysekleen SC1 can also be used as a coolant conditioner for emulsion and semi-synthetic type cutting fluids. WYSEKLEEN GPW General Process Wash Wysekleen GPW is an aqueous light duty, low-foam cleaner for use on ferrous and sensitive materials. It conforms to aerospace standards and when used at low strength, it is possible to use Wysekleen GPW successfully in no-rinse installations. It is mildly alkaline, and features good degreasing properties with corrosion inhibitors. WYSEKLEEN HPW and HPW-S High Performance Process Washes Wysekleen HPW is an aqueous medium to heavy duty low-foam cleaner for use on ferrous materials. It is suitable for the removal of heavy oil residues from metals. Wysekleen HPW has been designed as a main wash fluid whilst maintaining a degree of corrosion protection. Due to its high alkalinity, it is not suitable for ‘sensitive ‘materials. Wysekleen HPW-S is a medium duty process wash suitable for all metals including aluminium alloys due to its alkalinity and formulation inhibitor package. WYSEKLEEN FW Industrial Floor Wash Wysekleen FW is an aqueous low-foam, high performance liquid cleaner which has been specifically designed for use in powered floor scrubbing equipment. The selected detergents enable Wysekleen FW to penetrate and remove the heaviest ground in soils and greases which are generally encountered with industrial environments.
