Millquench Range Heat Treatment Oils

Quenching oils MILLQUENCH RANGE A range of quench oils consisting of ISO22 viscosity-based mineral oils using high quality solvents and selected additives. Millquench products are used as quenching mediums to improve the depth of metal hardness. Each product in the range provides a different treatment level, ranging from normal speed through to accelerated speed. Quench curves are available upon request. Millquench 96 Millquench 96 is based on specially selected refined mineral oils to minimise oxidation and ensure consistency of performance. Ideally suited for general purpose normal speed cold quenching, Millquench is to used as received. Millquench 2706 Millquench 2706 is a premium quality, mineral based quench oil which incorporates enhanced oxidation stability. Used as received, Millquench 2706 is for general purpose moderately accelerated cold quenching and can also be used as a heat transfer medium. Millquench 1804 Millquench 1804 is based on high quality solvent refined mineral oils, and specially formulated accelerants ensuring optimum performance and speed of quench. Millquench 1804 is suitable for faster quenching applications where modified hardness or depth of quench is required.
