MILLUBE RANGE Available grades: ISO VG 5, 10, 22, 32, 46, 68, 100, 150, 220, 320, 460, 680, 1000 Millube oils are suitable for all general industrial applications that require a non-additive mineral oil. They can be used for the lubrication of machines such as high-speed spindles, and for the general lubrication of bearings and moderately loaded gearboxes. Hydraulic oils MILLMAX RANGE Available grades: ISO VG 2, 5, 10, 22, 32, 46, 68, 100, 150, 220 MILLMAX Standard MILLMAX ZF - Zinc-free MILLMAX HV – High viscosity index MILLMAX HV/ZF – Combination technology MILLMAX FR – Fire resistant Millmax provides optimum performance across a wide range of hydraulic and fluid power systems. Millmax products offer outstanding thermal stability, improving system reliability, cleanliness and leading to longer operating life. Gear oils MILLGEAR RANGE Available grades: ISO VG 32, 46, 68, 100, 150, 220, 320, 460, 680, 1000 MILLGEAR EP - Standard MILLGEAR SHC – Synthesized hydrocarbons (SHC) MILLGEAR SY – Synthetic polyalkylene glycol (PAG) Millgear EP products are premium quality oils for the lubrication of industrial worm, helical and other reduction ratio gearboxes requiring EP lubricants. Offering exceptional load bearing capability, and component protection, especially at high temperatures, Millgear EP grades are also non-staining to yellow metals. Millgear SHC is a range of fully synthetic gear oils based on synthesized hydrocarbons and performance additives for heavily loaded gears and bearings. Millgear SY is a fortified range of synthetic gear oils based on polyalkylene glycol. Slideway oils MILLWAY RANGE Available grades: ISO VG 32, 46, 68, 100, 150, 220 Multi-functional lubricants for machining centres containing a blend of selected mineral oils with a four fold additive package including a tacky adhesive additive. Ideally suited for both horizontal and vertical slideways, tables and all machining centre applications where a smooth, stick-slip free performance is required. Millway can also be used for the lubrication of headstocks, cross feeds, saddles and gearboxes and hydraulic systems (where appropriate). Compressor oils MILLAIR RANGE Available grades: ISO VG 32, 46, 68, 100, 150 MILLAIR – Standard MILLERVANE 2000 – Extended drain (upto 2000 hrs) MILLAIR 46 SYNTH – Synthetic extended drain (upto 4000 hrs) A range of compressor lubricants, including solvent refined mineral oil and full synthetic base oil technology products, providing optimum performance on rotary and reciprocating compressors. Millair can also be used in vacuum pumps according to the manufacturer’s requirements and specifications.
