A selection of our specialist Neat Cutting Oils Chlorine-free General Purpose Millicut 2704 is a low viscosity cutting oil blended from high quality solvent refined mineral oil. Particularly suitable for light to medium duty machining operations on all materials including copper and brass alloys. Its low oil drag out rate makes Millicut 2704 economic in use. Millicut 1758 is a premium quality, medium viscosity cutting oil suitable for a wide range of materials including low-medium tensile steels and yellow metals. It has a high flashpoint ideal for high speed CNC machining and is low misting in use. EP Medium to High Performance Millicut 2306 is a light coloured EP cutting oil recommended for general machining, screw cutting and gear cutting on alloy steels upto 50UTS. It is multi-material compatible, making Millicut 2306 also suitable for aluminium and yellow metals. Millicut 1281 is a medium viscosity EP cutting oil, blended from solvent refined base stocks and selected additives providing a high level of lubricity and extreme pressure performance. Ideally suitable for medium to heavy duty machining such as gear cutting, deep hole drilling and boring on a variety of steels including stainless. Chlorine-free EP High Performance Millicut 2512 is a medium to high performance cutting oil, used for high speed machining on a variety of materials from high tensile steels including stainless, aluminium alloys, brass and bronze. Anti-mist additives enhance operator acceptability and low evaporation. Millicut 2700 is a low viscosity cutting oil containing high performance chlorine-free additives. Use as received for heavy duty machining on high tensile steels and deep hole drilling and boring, Millicut 2700 offers low oil drag rate and low misting for operator acceptability. Millicut 2805 is a high performance, low viscosity full synthetic cutting oil full synthetic neat cutting oil, used for high speed machining. It is suitable for yellow metals due to its non-staining formulation, and provides excellent performance on hard materials with very low misting and evaporation. Biodegradable ‘Environmentally Green’ cutting oils Millicut Biostar is a low viscosity, chlorine-free high performance biodegradable neat cutting oil suitable for all materials including yellow metals and hard materials, such as stainless steel. Millicut J40 is a medium viscosity, operator friendly, biodegradable neat cutting oil ideally suited for general machining and spray-mist applications including sawing operations.
