SE Controls provides specialised ventilation products and services which enable clients to enjoy a healthier, safer and cost-effective internal built environment.
Through experience gained over 30 years, SE Controls offers complete ‘turnkey’ solutions from design and manufacture to installation commissioning and on-going service throughout the lifetime of the building.
We have 8 'Core Competencies that enables us to offer a totally professional solution to clients from system design, manufacture, distribution, project management, installation, commissioning and ongoing training, service and maintenance.

Design
We have the ability, knowledge and experience to design a ventilation solution to meet your exact requirements. We use the latest industry standard CFD modelling tools to explore and design the optimum solution.
Manufacture
Utilising the latest technology, machinery and manufacturing processes, we can rapidly deliver superb quality components – both standard and ‘special’. Continual investment in cutting edge machinery and re-evaluation of production methods keeps us ahead of our competiton.
Distribution
Our extensive stock and warehousing capabilities allow prompt deliveries for our customers. Efficient goods handling procedures coupled with state of the art tracking software allow us to keep our customers informed at all times about the status of their orders.
Project Management
Our team of massively experienced Project Managers will take you through every step of the construction process, coordinating the design, specification, installation and commissioning. Performance is guaranteed through our proven policy of appointing a single project leader from start to finish.
Installation
We have an experienced team of installers covering the whole of the UK who are on hand to install our systems in accordance with your build schedules.
Commissioning
All of our systems are fully inspected and pre –tested before despatch for installation. Our fully qualified and extensively trained engineers will the test and commission the installed systems against the design profile before handing them over to the client.
Maintenance
Our dedicated service and maintenance division are set up to provide ongoing support on all our installations. Nationwide coverage and guaranteed 24 hour callout ensures that only the highest standards of technical support and service are given. This is essential when system installations are providing life safety function in busy buildings.

- Training
Our specialist in house trainers are available to our partners either at our head office or at your offices. Training courses range from CPD presentations for industry awareness to detailed “high level” product training for our control systems. Our own Academy is now being recognised as pioneering and is available to you.
