DEPTA 4.0Kw Auto-tuning foot welder The machine is a new machine and will come with a 12 month parts and labour warranty The machine has a 4.0Kw generator power Auto-tuning of the output power Operator touch screen interface Programmable tooling parameters which can be stored and recalled Can be fitted with the new impulse welding system The machine can be seen at RH Plastics Technology Ltd head office and engineering facility The machine is also fitted with an impulse welding system which can be supplied with the machine The advantage of the auto-tuning facility is the power can be set to a level which is automatically controlled by the PLC. This means that if the power is set at 1.0 amp this will remain the same in the morning, lunch and afternoon. Normally machinery with out this system requires manual adjustments through out the day. This could lead to in-correct welded products.
