The company has developed Sensiq, a powerful internet-based guest communications portal, uniquely tailored to each hotel and providing a gateway to a host of relevant information and entertainment, delivering a superb guest experience. Sensiq also gives hotels a practical means of developing new commercial opportunities by maximising, for example loyalty programmes and promoting services and facilities, ultimately increasing guest satisfaction.
Quadriga led the digital transformation in 2001 with its industry-standard Genesis solution, which has enabled hotels to use technology to deliver revenue generating internet and entertainment experiences for guests and is now installed in over 200,000 guest rooms.
Sensiq marks the next phase in the Quadriga journey - a true guest communications portal for hotels into which Quadriga will continue to invest finance and experience into the future.
Both products are complemented by the latest flat screen displays and a range of products and services for meeting rooms and public areas, all underpinned by Quadriga’s established partner, financing and service capabilities.
The company provides services to 400,000 guest rooms and operates in over 50 countries throughout Europe and the Middle East. Specifically, Quadriga has been providing internet solutions for more than eight years which are installed in 120,000 guest rooms. As the established market leader, building on 25 years’ experience dedicated to the hotel sector, Quadriga works with many of Europe’s leading hotel chains, including InterContinental Hotels Group, Accor, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, Hilton and Sol Melia.
