Oceanscan Ltd is proud to announce that from today, its Calibration Laboratory situated at Denmore Road, Aberdeen, has been officially accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Society (UKAS). This prestigious mark of quality means that calibrations of all Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors can now be carried out to the internationally recognised standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005, one of the most rigorous in the industry. Not only does this accreditation ensure the highest level of competence and expertise required to undertake calibrations under the standard, it more importantly recognises Oceanscan’s underlying commitment to excellence in quality customer service throughout all operations. We are confident that with our robust continuous improvement plan already in place, additional products and technologies will be available within this scope of accreditation very soon.
