Illuminated Signage & Retail Graphics, UK
Re-branding projects which include illuminated signage, retail graphics and signs, using LEDs and fluorescent tube illumination, sometimes we use neon as well as cold cathode. If you require non illuminated signage we have a wide range of materials and processes available to us, three dimensional signs and letter can be fabricated from acrylic, descaled stainless steel, Dibond, Reynobond or Alucobond (this is also known as ACM-aluminium composite material). We specialise in the fabrication of ACM for the sign boxes and tray as well as manufacturing and fitting shop fronts and fascias. Apart from signage we supply and fit retail graphics, generally UV or solvent printed on to substrates ranging from Foamex (foamed PVC) to corrugated plastics such as Correx to cards and poster papers. We even print onto slightly unusual materials including silks, canvases, polycarbonates and polyesters. We can manufacture retail graphics and illuminated signage for use anywhere in the UK.
LED Lightboxes, LED Lightwalls,LED Lightpanels
All of our LED lightboxes, lightwalls and lightpanels are manufactured at NES and are illuminated by either fluorescent tubes or use our own LED edge lit technology, this enables us to produce frameless lightboxes which can be as little as 25mm depth. We produce menu LED lightboxes, curved and frameless LED lightboxes using fluorescent tube illumination, but for LED lightpanels and lightwalls we use KKDC LEDs to illuminate. All boxes can have the graphic printed to the face or use a backlit film, a Duratrans or even a Lambda print. To suit different applications lightboxes are made from aluminium, acrylic and polycarbonate. If you need a Class O fire rated unit we make the front panel from glass. All our LED lightpanels and lightwalls are produced by our brand lightline. We can manufacture LED lightwalls, lightboxes and lightpanels for use anywhere in the UK.
Commercial and industrial
We design, install and manage signage installations for business and retail parks, From the basic directory and information signs through to the large architectural feature signs. incorporating fabricated or preformed steel and aluminium panels which clad galvanised or stainless steel frames. Signage can be incorporated into the rainscreen or kingspan cladding systems. Internal signage or way finding systems can be a basic as vinyl graphics applied to aluminium panels or Braille and tactile sign panels all of course DDA compliant. Talking signs, hearing and induction loops are all supplied by NES, we can even supply wheel chair ramps, transaction kits and various auxiliary aids under the brand name clearline.
Transport Graphics
We fit vinyl graphics to trains and vehicle fleets, working on a contract to apply cut vinyl to a thousand vans, trucks and cars. We also supply small labels and stickers, ether photo-luminescent or embossed silk screen or digitally printed.
Rains Screen Cladding
Rains screen cladding system uses ACM which can be fabricated into Trays, Cassettes, Curves and complex Shapes either routed and formed or rolled and formed. Suitable both internally or externally its PDVF coating will guarantee up to 12 years. It comes in a variety of finishes and textures and can be digitally printed, or ‘In aluminium’ printed or screen printed. Our manufacturing is carried out on flat bed routers and fabricated by hand. We have also clad buildings in GRP, anodised aluminium, stainless steel and polycarbonate with integral Lightline LED lightpanels. We have two brands that deal with our cladding which are Guilform Limited and Technology Telford Limited.
Our Plant
To allow us to undertake all of this work we have a very large amount of plant and equipment.
We have Sericol Incas and Spuhl Virtu printers, six AXYZ flat bed routers, vinyl plotters and cutters, 8m press brakes, turret punches and guillotines. We also have Tig and Mig welding facilities wet spraying and powder coating. Screen printing beds and vacuum forming along with various acrylic and plastic fabrication facilities.
Multi million pound development undertaken by Kier
Construction for Castlemore Securities involved NES construction, building 30 GRP feature towers and wide aluminium curved signs. This "Design and Build" contract took 7 months to complete and was finished ahead of schedule.
Full HSE conditions naturally applied on a large scale construction project involving many trades on punishing deadlines.
Braille and Tactile signs, sign packs,Portable Induction Hearing Loops, visual transaction aids, Portable Wheelchair Ramps and many more... are auxillary aids, to help service providers comply with The Disability Discrimination Act (DDA), "reasonable adjustments" and are available to view and buy on our web pages.
