We specialise in turning and milling solutions by partnering with small and medium-sized family-run manufacturing companies based in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2015, we started to work together with a family-run local CNC manufacturing company in Hungary. They needed help with growing the business in Europe and finding new business opportunities for turning and milling work. During the next couple of years, we noticed there is a need in the European market for producing bespoke and small-to-medium batch metal components with CNC turning and milling technology. Kovacs Europe was born and ever since we have been specialising to manufacture metal parts that are custom-made or produced in low-quantity (20-50-100 units) and medium-quantity (100-200-500 units) batches. Today, we are offering high-quality and low-cost CNC engineering services to a growing portfolio of customers in the United Kingdom, Germany and France, and expanding our small network of selected, family-run partners in Hungary. Services We offer CNC turning and milling services in Europe with bespoke design, custom manufacturing, small to medium-sized batch production and surface treatment. CNC Turning and Milling We source high-quality and precise CNC engineering and manufacturing work, including turning and milling services with surface treatment (ie. hardening, heat treatment, anodising, phosphate coating, black oxide and anti-corrosion.) With our partners, we can produce metal parts of low to medium complexity in serial production of small to medium batch sizes (1-1000 units). The Spinner, Haas, Doosan, Akira Seiki and Daewoo milling and turning machines that we work with are vertical and horizontal machining centers (3, 4 and 5-axis machines) and universal CNC lathe machines. We also have SolidWorks CAD/CAM capabilities. Bespoke Design and Custom Manufacturing We can also offer sample production, and bespoke and custom manufacturing services. This may include the development of products, tools or fixtures, with 2D/3D modelling, prototyping and testing.
