Better, Bath Sports and Leisure Centre offers a variety of quality fitness facilities and leisure activities to help you keep active and lead a healthy lifestyle. The centre has recently undergone a major £10m refurbishment and now boasts a wide range of new and improved facilities. This includes a new 120-station Gym, three new fitness studios (one of which is a Virtual Studio), a four court sports hall and new changing rooms and showers for gym users. In addition the centre has a newly refurbished 25m six lane swimming pool, a brand new teaching pool, a newly refurbished leisure pool with flume and play features, a refurbished sauna and a new large pool changing village with individual and group changing cubicles, as well as separate male and female changing areas. The refurbishment also introduced some exciting new facilities to the centre. A brand new trampoline park, 8 ten pin bowling alleys and a brand new soft play facility have been added as well as a diner serving hot and cold food and drinks. The centre has a successful swimming programme with lessons available for all abilities.
