Robotic case packer pick and place systems

Abars range of pick and place case packers require no more space ti install than a rotary packing table and are capable of loading VFFS bags, sealed trays, punnets or boxes into plastic crates or cases. Centrepiece of the systems is a 5 axis robot supplied by the worlds largest robot manufacturer. With an impressive MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) of over 60,000 hours on any component the robots will continue packing for years without deviation or downtime common on many conventional systems as a result of mechanical fatigue. Furthermore, advanced anti collision software minimises potential damage to the robot arm and pack gripper to further safeguard the investment. All Abar systems include simple operator interface panels allowing temporary or semi skilled staff to operate the system. Program selection for changes in pack configuration is through this operator panel or the system can be linked to an upstream weigh price labeller or host PC allowing remote or automatic program selection. Optional equipment includes Label Verification Scanning, Outer Case Ticket Placing and Bale Arm Folding for plastic crates.
