BEND MASTER 90 CNC ELECTRIC TUBE BENDER PEDRAZZOLI, an Italian company established in 1949, manufactures the modern design BEND MASTER 90 all electric tube bender which is designed to suit heavy-duty requirements within the Shipbuilding, Oil, Gas, Pharmaceutical, and Street Furniture. These industries have the most stringent requirements of accuracy, reliability, flexibility, and speed. The sturdy and rigid bending heads are suited for heavy-duty bending work and with a variety of features focused on health and safety requirements. The BM90 CNC Mandrel Tube Bender has a flexible design that was developed for long-run serial production or daily multi-batch production. Production changeovers are made easy with a rapid tool setup and adjustment system. With 6 controlled axes constant repeatability and precision are ensured and bend die return is standard. The Bend Master 90 is designed for heavy-duty work with a capacity of up to 90 mm diameter and can be customized to allow for clockwise and anti-clockwise bending with multi-radii within the same production cycle. The intuitive, user-friendly, and proprietary Intelligent Motion System or ?IMS? is combined with Fanuc Drives-Motors-Numeric controls package providing productivity, versatility, accuracy, and green operation. In addition, the IMS makes it possible for a wide variety of file formats to be imported and allows the operator to immediately carry out bend part feasibility. Incorporated within the IMS is a spring-back compensation facility that adjusts according to material parameters. The IMS enables support and service to be carried out remotely either by network login or webcam. The IMS platform is available for PC, tablet, smartphone platforms and makes the Bend Master 90 easy to integrate into production lines and systems. Punching and cutting attachments are available. All machines are designed and built in Italy according to the most recent Machinery Directives and are CE Certified.
