E-Z Hook XEL Insulation Piercing Probe Test Lead - 30cm This E-Z Hook XEL connector has a 12in/ 30cmm lead with a 4mm banana plug enabling direct connection to a multimeter or instrument.   Available in Red and Black or as a pair.   The XEL Insulation Piercing Connector has a hypo-action plunger with tip housing moulded in durable nylon. The contact point is a single piece of stainless steel with insulated shaft and tip, permitting connection for 1.27mm (0.050") to 3.8mm (0.150") diameter wire. A single stainless steel compression spring controls the piercing action.   The insulation-piercing connector is designed for hard to make test connections of varying wire sizes.
