V-type Evaporators

The V-type has been developed from the original B-type to achieve optimized performance in evaporators. The V-types refrigerant inlet has special mechanisms that distribute the refrigerant evenly in each channel. Numerous plate sizes are available for the V-type, enabling the performance requirements of each customer and application to be matched. Standard plate materials for V-types are stainless steel (AISI 316) brazed with pure copper.
