Polycarbonate

Polycarbonate (PC) one of the most widely used engineering thermoplastics, and for good reason, it is transparent, tough, has good dimensional stability and thermal stability and has unmatched impact resistance. It can be found in everything from compact discs, eyewear and head lamp lenses to riot shields and security glazing. Polycarbonate is naturally transparent with an ability to transmit light almost as well as glass and it's high impact strength means that polycarbonate sheet is virtually unbreakable in most situations.
