Mud is Banished From Orleans Primary School Posted on Tuesday 20th November, 2012 Artificial grass safety surfacing has transformed Orleans Primary School from a muddy area which was unusable for much of the year into a clean and all year round play area. Orleans Primary School, Twickenham natural playarea was very popular with their pupil with an outdoor seating/ classroom and trim trail play equipment. The popularity of this area was it’s downfall in that the lack of sunlight under trees and the high foot traffic meant the grass was never able to grow ,leaving a muddy slippery surface. Artificial grass safety surfacing was choosen for this area to blend with the natural planting and natural feel of the playarea.
