Stock can be imported from the SEC database and prices can be updated in line with the updating service we provide

Items in stock can be given a unique 'Part Number'
Stock items can be given a default markup percentage for invoicing purposes
An excellent 'at-a-glance' list of current stock levels is available
Goods can be booked directly into the Contract Costing module, or allocated from an estimate via goods required
Orders for stock can be placed either from this module or from the Purchase Order Processing module
A complete 'Transaction History' of every product can be viewed, providing full accountability
Unique (non-database) items can be easily added and given a unique identifier code
Prices of stock are based on your current supplier prices
Agreed net prices can be used instead of the usual trade/discount/net
The module comes with many different reports, such as slow-moving items, stock allocation, stock item details, stock location values break down, stock pick lists, stock take sheet, stock valuation and stock statistics
