Cutting Hydraulic Presses

Laser cutting technology works by using computers to direct the beam of a high power laser at the material to be cut.  This makes perfect cuts through the die board into which blades can be slotted. The material then melts, burns, vaporizes or is blown away by a jet of gas leaving an edge with a high quality surface finish. One advantage of laser cutting over mechanical cutting are the lack of physical contact since there is nocutting edge which can become contaminated by the material or contaminate the material. Another is its precision as there is no wear onthe laser. There is also a reduced chance of warping the material that is being cut as laser systems have a small heat-affected zone. Because of the small diameter of the cutting beam, materials that were unsuitable for laser cutting can be cut.We are able to cut the following products: - Most plastics primarily Acrylics, HIPS
