PCB Legend

A Screen is made up from the artwork provided by Front End which will contain any legends that the customer requires. The screen is then placed onto the Screening Table. Special screening ink, which is usually white but can be any colour (see specifications) is then forced through the screen mesh, which has been placed into the screening table and aligned to the panels. The panel is then passed through a special Ultra Violet Curing Machine, which bakes the ink onto the panel.
