LINAK UK celebrates 20th Anniversary

It all started with some furniture in a temporary office in Greet, Birmingham. LINAK UK Ltd was the first overseas subsidiary for LINAK; it was established in 1990 and was the start of LINAK’s international growth. Today LINAK UK is one of the largest subsidiaries working within the medical, industrial, and bespoke and office furniture markets. This milestone not only enables us to celebrate our past success but also gives LINAK UK the impetus to grow within the industries we are already successful and as a team. LINAK Group Headquarters is situated in Guderup in Denmark in one of the most well-equipped actuator production facilities in the world. With more than 1,400 dedicated employees worldwide, LINAK is today the world leader in "designing and manufacturing electric linear actuator systems" LINAK UK is situated in the heart of the industrial Midlands. The site in Smethwick provides warehousing facilities to ensure timely deliveries to our customers and also houses our UK staff comprising internal sales, quality and technical support staff.
