Laser Micro-Machining Systems

Laser micro-machining enables the milling, drilling and the surface patterning of a large range of different materials with features down to the micron scale. The process is characterised by very precise removal of material per laser pulse. Careful selection of the laser wavelength and pulse duration allows polymers, ceramics, metals as well as semiconductors to be machined.
